Rules of Kassar Camp
No Private Messages to kajirae or free people without prior consent
The Ubar's rule is final. If a member of Kassar has a problem they should take it too a member of the council.
Slaves that aren't owned automatically are considered camp kajirae and will wear {CKC} after their last given name.
Masters who wish to own a slave must have their request considered by the Ubar and must contact him in person. If the kajira is a runaway or a sword right ko-lar then in these instances the ko-laring does not need to be discussed.
Slaves must be looked after else the Master will find their slave wearing the {CKC} ko-lar again.
Free People seeking camp membership must spend a min. of five (5) days in Kassar within a week and then their name will be brought to the councils notice, seven (7) of the council members must voote for the person before they are to be allowed in.
Free People's names must start with a capital letter, kajirae's names with a lower case.
All Free People must be treated with respect by all kajirae (collared or uncollared). If a problem arises with a Free Person the kajira must continue giving the Free Person the respect they deserve an then report the incident to the Ubar so He can handle the problem.
Slaves will always have the last two words in a dispute and these will be Yes Master/Mistress.
Ko-lared slaves are only to be punished by their Master/Mistress. Council Members may cage an unruly kajira until her Owner arrives.
Unko-lared slaves may be punished by any Free Person, but are under the protection of the Ubar and Kassar Camp and should not be abused for the sake of abuse.
